Jackson Library Building Access and Accommodations

It is the practice of UNCG University Libraries staff and faculty to work with researchers, students, and the community to meet their needs while using our space.

For assistance and special accommodations needed to access Special Collections and University Archives (SCUA) on the second or third floors, please call 336.334.4045 or email scua@uncg.edu during their business hours, between 9am and 4pm, Monday through Friday.

For assistance and special accommodations needed to access resources from the tower floors, please call the Checkout Desk at 336.334.5304.
