Tuesdays with Morrie

Tuesdays with Morrie demonstrates the importance of life review as an intervention with older adults, particularly those at the end of their lives. Each year, my students read this book and then replicate the interview process with an older family member. The experience is as meaningful to them as it was to Mitch. Additionally, Morrie is is the epitome of the good professor, who uses every opportunity, including his own death, to teach a lesson. The book has lessons for both teacher and student, which is why it was chosen.
