As a veteran educator of 25 years, I have learned through my experiences that building relationships is critical to the success of a teacher. It is through relationships that we can give and receive care. This story was written by teachers for teachers providing the opportunity to reflect on the relationships created in their personal journeys as an educator. Catch and Release is a wonderful reminder that we can provide various levels of care to create meaning for students that can be transformational.
