Personal Safety

The safety and well-being of our users is of prime concern to the Library staff. All library users are expected to follow the UNCG University Libraries Code of Conduct. Any behavior that makes users uncomfortable should be reported immediately to the Checkout Desk (336.334.5304) or to any Libraries employee. This and other important phone numbers are posted on each floor.

While members of the UNCG Police Department circulate throughout the building on a regular basis, it is suggested that library users download the SpartanSafe app, sign up for UNCG Alert Text Messages and take advantage of the Police Department’s Walk Safe program.
